Is an ancient science and practice of body work you do yourself. “yoga” means union of mind, body and soul leading towards self realization. Class consists of a three part flow, Starting in
1) Meditation,
2) classical postures and movement of the body including breath work
3) Concluding with an integration process known as “Yoda Nidra”. Vast benefit in health; stress reduction, increased flexibility, body strengthening, and so much more. It is a step by step guided process you do at your own pace.
