Two stories in the front of the building and three stories in the back of the building with an elevator

Application process: Applications are available at Apartment Office. Rent: Thirty percent (30%) of an individual's or couple's adjusted annual income is used to calculate the rent. Age requirement: An individual or spouse must be 62 years of age or older. Income limit: Incomes must be less than $30,350 for an individual and $34,700 for a couple in 2013 to be eligible.
