The Lincoln School Senior Apartments have forty-four independent living apartments, which include:

	One bedroom units totaling 600 square feet
	Two stories in the front of the building and three stories in the back of the building with an elevator
	Glass enclosed connector to the Stanwood Senior Center, which will allow residents to participate in the activities and services provided by the Senior Center
	Laundry rooms on each floor
	Three activity rooms available for residents
	Handicapped accessible courtyard
	On city bus route

Application process: Applications are available at Apartment Office

Rent: Thirty percent (30%) of an individual's or couple's adjusted annual income is used to calculate the rent.

Age requirement: An individual or spouse must be 62 years of age or older.

Income limit: Incomes must be less than $28,500 for an individual and $32,550 for a couple in 2008 to be eligible.
